Based on the strategy the Growth Team at Upvest is maintaining selection criteria for suitable customer segments and developing the pipeline of customer prospects. The Product Team will coordinate the creation and implementation of solutions with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
Successful onboarding is clearly determined, structured, and rapid - and must be scalable to get as many new customers as possible on our platform. The professional support and further development of existing customers will become another key building block for the success of Upvest.
As Head of Implementation, you will build teams that organise and implement the pipeline of all onboarding projects and the integration of clients into Upvest's daily operations. At the same time, you and your team will be responsible for the relationship with existing clients and ensuring that Upvest consistently meets or exceeds client expectations. Working closely with our Growth and Product teams on the strategic development of customer relationships is supplementary to the role.
Building and contributing to high-performing teams will be key to success. The reporting line is to Markus as the COO, but the Head of Implementations will work in and with agile teams that drive success through OKRs. You will need to be an excellent communicator who can bridge silos and bring the brightest people together both within the organization and the customer.

Providing efficient air traffic control for multiple and simultaneous onboarding projects at different stages of their life cycle.
Creating a superior onboarding experience for customers and allowing efficient handling at Upvest at the same time.
Becoming the industry benchmark in customer service: Clients are delighted by the structured dialogue, useful and well-suited information, and the full support they receive from Upvest - we make it easy for them to be successful and delight their clients! Establishing KPIs that measure what matters for onboarding and customer service. Building and operating in and with high-performing teams that collaborate efficiently across Upvest.
What skills are required?
Proven track record at a leading B2B fintech to delight clients in the implementation and growth phase.
A strong engineering mindset - structured and analytical coupled with pragmatism and a “can-do” attitude.
Excellent communicator and operator within the organization and with customers: "Influencer", sparring partner, persuasive in argumentation and communication. Experienced people leader, coach, and mentor.
Proven "finisher" mentality with strong program and project management skills. Comprehensive understanding and know-how of the financial industry, its products, infrastructure, processes, and regulations.
